Bu kapsamda, müşterimiz olan işletmeye mesaj atan son kullanıcının verilerine teknik olarak erişebiliriz: Agenta Group provides a SaaS platform that offers AI-powered responses to customer messages on WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger on behalf of our business clients. In this capacity, we may technically have access to:

The data controller for this data is the business client, not Agenta Group. Agenta Group acts as data processor under the client's instructions and consent.

8 — Veri güvenliği8 — Data security
Tüm verileriniz TLS 1.3 ile şifrelenmiş bağlantılarda iletilir. Hassas bilgiler (erişim tokenları) veritabanında simetrik şifreleme (XSalsa20-Poly1305) ile şifreli saklanır. Veritabanı erişimi tenant izolasyonu (Row-Level Security) ile sınırlandırılmıştır. All data is transmitted over TLS 1.3. Sensitive credentials (access tokens) are stored encrypted at rest using XSalsa20-Poly1305 symmetric encryption. Database access is constrained per-tenant via PostgreSQL Row-Level Security.
